Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where you are not a "consumer" within the meaning of the Australian Consumer Law, the guarantees referred to in the preceding paragraph do not apply.

In addition to any rights and remedies that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law, all doors supplied by Corinthian Doors are covered by a 5 year warranty ("Warranty") from date of shipment by Corinthian. If a door proves defective by reason of faulty workmanship or materials within that warranty period, Corinthian Doors will repair or replace the door without charge.

The Warranty shall not apply and to the extent permitted by law Corinthian Doors shall not be liable:

(1) if there is a failure to comply with the Company’s Door Care Instructions and Pre-finishing recommendations; or

(2) for natural variations in the colour and texture of the timber, and normal show through of frame and core components in flush doors, which are not considered defects under the Warranty.

Do not act on the basis of these instructions only as they are of a general nature rather than detailed instruction. Always follow manufacturers’ instructions for any products used in association with your new Corinthian door such as door hardware, paints and other finishes.

In order to claim under the Warranty you must:

a. Contact us at the address below within the warranty period; or

b. Contact the supplier within the warranty period; and

c. Provide the original proof of purchase.

This warranty does not include the cost of transportation to or from us.
